Lac de Charmes is a body of water located in the municipalities of Charmes, Changey, Neuilly l´êveque and bannes in the department of Haute-Marne (52), in the Grand Est region, in France. Lake Charmes is one of the four artificial reservoirs in the vicinity of Langres intended to ensure the navigability of the Marne-Saône canal.

From Langres, take the rue du Petit Cloître then the Côte des 3 Rois. At the crossroads, at the bottom of the descent, continue straight on the municipal road to reach the canal. Turn right and take the towpath to the Marne bridge. Then fork to the left and take the D284 to Lac de la Liez. From there, continue towards Peigney and, just before the village, fork to the right to take the D52.
