Hello, since I have a Carrizo CPU, I would like to install the latest BIOS (5.20) for my motherboard ASrock FM2A68M-DG3+. I currently have version 2.70. As no version can be installed from a USB stick (as I did before), I have to use the Windows one. I did not understood how to do, because the instructions are generic and are not explicitly.

I've been updating the bios to 5.20 (I think) from 2.10 because of some performance issues and x-boost not working. After clicking update in the ASRock app shop (there were also all in one amd driver updates) and downloading the updates command prompt came up (I was also watching a YouTube video if that matters) and it got stuck on AMI Firmware Update Utility text box.
